Clear quite fine pome fruit scent with citrus nuances, almondy-nutty tones and a little root vegetables as well as delicately smoky and woody nuances. Bright, relatively noble, straight fruit, slightly smoky and again also vegetal flavors, relatively lively acidity lemony and white fruity notes, chalky-salty minerality, noticeable but integrated alcohol, which also integrates better with air, good persistence, very good finish, again with bite
