2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Bianco PENON, Alto Adige, Italy

Nose still veryslightly muted, light vegetal and nutty notes, restrained citrus and pomaceous fruit, some mountain flowers and mineral traces. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal, smoky and nutty aromas, fairly lively acidity, light tannic touch, good substance and persistence, hint of oak in the background, touch of vanilla, good grip, salty mineral notes, still largely undeveloped, delicately sweetish and creamy, but also has some bite on a good to very good finish.
