Fairly firm yeasty nose, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, polished lime fruit, light floral notes, some almonds, pomaceous fruit and a hint of melon. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity, vegetal and herbaceous notes, more prominent lime, good substance and persistence, salty mineral notes, quite full-bodied, some bite, hint of sugar candy in the background, delicately sweetish and creamy, still young, good to very good finish
