2013 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC passito BARONESSE Baron Salvadori, Alto Adige, Italy

Slightly oxidative nose, dried vegetal and floral notes, touch of iodine, partly dried yellow fruit, light earthy notes, some almonds and muscat. Very sweet dried fruit on the palate, almonds, dried floral aromas and some muscat, moderate acidity, integrated tannins, good persistence, touch of marzipan, medium body, sugar candy and a hint of cocoa in the background, very good finish.
