Firm, rather tart, quite clearly vegetal to herbal scent with polished yellow fruity notes and a hint of egg. Ripe, juicy fruit with light nutty and very delicate smoky tones, very fine acidity, lots of power and almost sweet melting, but also polish, light nutty tones, ethereal-herbal nuances, lasting, a little salt, very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
