Quite firm, nutty and clearly vegetal aroma with rather restrained yellow fruity aromas, floral traces, hints of wood and mushrooms. Ripe, slightly warm fruit, nutty and spicy tones, fine acidity, delicately smoky wood notes, some grip, very slightly sweet melting, lasting, has power, very good finish with peppery notes and a little fennel as well as chalk, salt and hints of pepper.

Editor note: Tart, somewhat dried, planty, lightly nutty, herbal and a hint of smoky scent with yellow fruity aromas, hints of mushrooms and some minerality. Ripe, melting, warm fruit, light wood, candy notes and a little yellow spice, very fine acidity, lots of power and melting, but also grip, lasting, good depth, distinct minerality, Mediterranean herbs and ethereal notes, a hint of fennel, very good, firm, but also melting, grippy, juicy and spicy finish with noticeable, but integrated alcohol warmth.
