2016 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Weißburgunder Riserva "V Years", Alto Adige, Italy

Very lightly developed, nutty, yeasty and slightly buttery aroma with yellow fruity aromas, a little tobacco, light wood, mountain herbs, mushrooms and floral nuances. Ripe, warm, concentrated, melting fruit, nutty and buttery tones, a hint of caramel, lots of power and substance, but also fine bite and grip of crumbly tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, ethereal notes in the background, floral tones, almonds and lots of salt, a tiny hint of cocoa, good depth, very good, concentrated, melting and at the same time polished finish with some warmth and tobacco notes.
