Firm, tart, fairly cool nose, yellow fruit aromas with prominent citrus notes, touch of nutty oak, herbaceous notes, yeasty traces, light floral traces and light mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightlycreamy fruit on the palate, nuttyaromas, sandy tannins, still slightlyastringent, smoky oak and a hint of bacon, elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, hint of brown butter in the background, herbaceous and salty notes, firm structure, some depth, still fairly young, light smoky notes, mineral and vegetal notes on a very good, grippy, tart, juicy finish.
