2012 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Weißburgunder-Gewürztraminer "Graf von Meran®", Alto Adige, Italy

Translate to English Klarer, herbwürziger, feiner Traminerduft nach Kumquats, etwas gelben Melonen und kandiertem Kernobst mit getrocknet-floralen, an Rosen erinnernden Tönen, einer Spur Karamell, Pfeffer, zart Wacholder und deutlicher Mineralik. Kraftvoll, dicht und saftig im Mund, strahlend reintönige, nicht völlig trockene Frucht mit viel Würze, floralen Tönen, Kandis und einer Spur Karamell, fast ein wenig pfeffrig im Hintergrund, feine, recht lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, konzentriert, gewisse Tiefe, bei aller Kraft auch mit kühlen Elementen, viel Griff und Biss, deutliche Mineralik, etwas Tabak, sehr guter bis langer, alkoholstarker Abgang.
