firm, fairly deep nose, nutty and light dried floral notes, hint of tobacco, ripe yellow fruit, touch of yellow spice, still slightly yeasty, hint of bacon and mineral notes. Ripe, concentrated yellow fruit on the palate, some smoky, nutty oak, yeasty, dried herbaceous and light peppery notes, very elegant acidity, buttery trac4es, good substance and persistence, good depth, still quite youthful, sweetish and creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, chalky and salty notes, smoky traces, very good, long, firm finish.
