Light nutty and delicate yeasty notes on the nose, vegetal and floral notes, yellow fruit aromas with prominent pomaceous fruit. Fairly firm, tart, slightly warm fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, vegetal and herbaceous notes, mineral notes in the background, delicate floral traces, light smoky, nutty oak, hint of tobacco, more spicy oak on a good, firm, but also creamy, mineral finish.
