Clear, relatively cool, fine-vegetable to herbal, yeasty and a hint of smoky nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas, a little aloe vera, hints of butter and floral traces. Quite juicy, ripe fruit, yeasty and fine-vegetable notes, some butter, fine mousseux and delicate grip, peppery-ethereal spice in the background, nutty tones, good substance and persistence, slightly creamy texture, some warmth, very good finish.
