Editor note: Fairly cool, tart nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, pomaceous fruit and partly preserved citrus fruit, some elderberry flowers. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, ripe fruit, light nutty notes and some cereals, herbaceous and vegetal notes, some elderberry in the background, elegant acidity, fairly good persistence, still quite compact and closed, very powerful but also has some acid bite, very good finish.
