Tart, very slightly smoky, somewhat vegetal to dried herbal and hints of nutty scent of yellow fruits with a hint of dark berries and nuances reminiscent of butter and artichokes. Ripe citrus fruit with delicate melting and a hint of rock candy, suitable acidity, light tannic grip, good persistence, hints of caramel and sage, barrel tones in the background, has power, noticeable alcohol warmth, earthy tones, good to very good, slightly melting finish.
