Tart, firm, herbal-vegetable scent with white and green fruity notes, hints of elderflower and yeasty traces. Ripe, somewhat sweet melting fruit, very fine acidity, fresh herbal aromas, a little kiwi and again a hint of elderberry, floral nuances, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, powerful but also polished, mountain herbs in the background, mineral hints, a touch of exoticism, very good, again polished, juicy finish with fresh herbal and floral spice.
