Somewhat dried-floral, mushroomy and yellow-spicy scent of partly candied yellow fruits with a hint of dried herbs, nutmeg, citrus zest and lavender. Firm, quite concentrated, juicy, very sweet fruit with slightly ethereal-herbal nuances, fine acidity, hints of coffee, sage and acacia honey, candied and dried kumquats, has some grip, dense and persistent, earthy and chalky minerality, delicately creamy, very good to long finish.
