Editor note: Veryyouthful, firm nose, light meaty notes, partly preserved black berries and cherries, light herbaceous notes, beet root and licorice. Ripe, partly preserved, sweetish fruit on the palate, nutty, meaty and spicy aromas, integrated tannins, light acid bite, toasted notes, hint of licorice and beet root, some milk chocolate, still largely undeveloped, gains depth and juiciness with aeration, appears slightly syrupy, oak, pepper and licorice on a very good, warm, slightly sweetish and jammy finish.
Best to drink: 2022-2030+
