Editor note: Clear, fairly polished nose, citrus and some stone fruit aromas, floral traces, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate yeasty, nutty and mineral notes. Firmly structured, very tart, restrained fruit on the palate, light oak, yeasty and chalky notes, light vegetal notes, good persistence, very elegant, lively acidity, yeasty traces, hint of bacon and mushrooms, appears fairly cool in spite of the high level of alcohol, prominent mineral notes, clear contours, very good, clear, elegant, juicy finish.
Best to drink: 2021-2024+
