Cool, fresh vegetal nose, mainly reminiscent of parsley root with white and green fruity and some floral notes. Cool, tart, bright fruit, again lots of parsley root, very fine, quite lively acidity, delicate grip, a hint of blackcurrant in the background, some chalk and salt, yeasty traces, good persistence, good to very good, polished, tart finish.
