2019 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Gewürztraminer passito "Juvelo", Alto Adige, Italy

Golden yellow. Quite firm and deep, somewhat tobacco, nutty and vegetal to dried herbal scent of ripe, partly candied yellow fruits with delicate floral and slightly ethereal aromas. Firm, rather restrained, very sweet fruit with delicately creamy and tart, light wood tones, sage and rock candy in the background, very fine acidity, hints of acacia honey, some ripe tannin, dense, deep and persistent, salty and chalky minerality, very fine, stimulating aromatic bitters, a hint of smoke in the very good to long, juicy and a little spicy finish.
