Quite noble, clearly vegetal, reminiscent of avocado and a little artichoke as well as somewhat smoky and bacony aroma with fine yellow fruity, delicately spicy, nutty and dried herbal aromas. Clear, firm, tart fruit with rather cool juice for the high alcohol and clearly vegetal flavors, again reminiscent of artichokes, fine acidity, some grip, bacony tones on the palate, persistent, good depth, present minerality, a hint of yeast, slightly smoky, restrained power, very good, tight, tangy, spicy and mineral finish
