Cool, fairly tart, very elegant nose, light nutty and delicate easty notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, light floral traces, fairly prominent mineral notes. Firm, tart, cool juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and nutty notes, lively acidity, yeasty as well as light earthy and mineral notes, some grip, good persistence, slightly creamy, peppery traces, good to very good approachable tart finish.
