Tart, fairly polished nose, vegetal, light yeasty and earthy notes, fairly cool, light yellow fruit aromas with prominent citrus notes, nutty traces, hint of mushrooms. Clear, polished, slightly warm fruit on the palate, light yeasty notes, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, moderate, light, nutty oak, lively acidity, fairly prominent mineral notes, very light smoky traces, hint of bacon, persistent, quite full-bodied, some grip, hint of herbs and juniper on a very good, firm, tart finish.
