Translate to English Straffe, recht herbe und verhältnismäßig kühle, deutlich grün-vegetabile, an Spargel, Brokkoli und Avocado erinnernde Nase mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie einer Spur Holz und Speck. Straff, geschliffen und ziemlich saftig im Mund, erstaunlich kühl für den hohen Alkohol, noble vegetabile und kräuterige Aromen, relativ viel Petersilie, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, tief und fest, mineralische Töne, anregende, hochfeine Zitrusnoten im Hintergrund, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
