Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht, hefige und zart nussige Töne, auch etwas kräuterig, gewisser Schmelz am Gaumen, aber auch feiner Säurebiss, eine Spur Holunder im Hintergrund, gute Balance, vanillig-gewürzige Nuancen, guter Abgang.
