Translate to English Ziemlich fester und recht tiefer, fein-vegetabiler und ein wenig kräuteriger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Stachelbeeren und Paprika sowie Holunderspuren und deutlicher Mineralik. Klare, herbe, ziemlich straffe und saftige Frucht mit kühlen kräuterig-pflanzlichen Aromen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, recht nachhaltig am Gaumen, wieder ein wenig Holunder, feine vegetabile bis kräuterige Nuancen, mineralisches Fundament, noch jung, kompakter Bau, auch im sehr guten Abgang ziemlich saftig, dazu etwas mineralisch und mit sehr feiner kräuterig-pflanzlicher Würze.
