Fairly firm, deep nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco, ripe citrus fruit, some elderberry, dried floral traces, nutty traces, prominent tart mineral notes. Firm, tart fruit on the palate, nutty and light smoky notes, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, lots of tart mineral notes, persistent and full-bodied, creamy, but also has bite and grip, good depth, concentrated, more tart and juicy notes, herbaceous and vegetal, smoky and mineral notes on a very good, long finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester und komplexer, kräuteriger, vegetabiler und leicht pfeffriger Duft nach Kapern, etwas Paprika und Avocado mit viel Mineralik, einer Spur Holunder und gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Kräftig, dicht und saftig im Mund, reife, erstaunlich kühl wirkende Frucht mit herben kräuterig-pflanzlichen und grün-vegetabilen Aromen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, pfeffrige Anklänge im Hintergrund, aber auch viel ins Salzige gehende Mineralik, tief und nachhaltig am Gaumen, betörender Saft, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
