Quite fine, cool, clear white fruity nose with some yellow fruits, herbal and floral aromas of elder and a hint of root vegetables. Tight, bright, tart-juicy fruit, delicately smoky and nutty, also quite light wood, fine acidity, mineral hints, herbal and floral tones, good persistence, very good, cool, quite tight, fine-juicy finish with herbal spiciness, hints of black berries and mineral tones.
