2019 trocken Retsina "Tear of the Pine", Macedonia / Μακεδονία, Greece

Firm and quite deep, ethereal, clearly resinous aroma with bright yellow fruity aromas, herbs and floral traces. Bright, polished, tart fruit, nutty, delicately smoky and herbaceous-vegetable nuances, again lots of resin, ethereal and floral notes on the palate, fine, quite lively acidity, good persistence, certain power, yet remains very precise, lemony tones, certain minerality, very good finish.

Editor note: Clear, delicately floral and herbaceous, also clearly fine-resinous scent with bright yellow-fruity aromas. Firm, juicy and sweetish, again bright fruit, lively, fine acidity, herbal and floral nuances, again resinous aromas, lasting, has bite, some depth, delicate grip, clear minerality, has power and enamel, but also polish, still young, very good, firm, fine-juicy and again somewhat sweetish finish, again with resinous tones. Will be able to mature very well
