Delicate nutty, slightly yeasty and ethereal-herbaceous citrus-pome fruit aroma with smoky nuances and a hint of dark berries. Cool, polished, rather tart, bright fruit, yeasty and almond-nutty aromas, again a trace of smoke, delicate herbal to herbaceous notes, quite fine mousse and some grip, persistent, appearing very subtly sweet in the background, certain minerality, gains with air and only shows what it can do on the second day, very good, cool, finely juicy and rather tart finish with grip and bite.
