Dried herbal scent with yellow fruity aromas, a hint of blackberries, a touch of bacon, white pepper, and floral traces. Relatively bitter, finely juicy fruit, herbal to herbal and delicately nutty-yeasty aromas, a lot of phenolic grip, certain sustainability, rocky-earthy mineral notes in the background, blackberry traces, quite firm structure, good to very good, albeit slightly fine-sandy finish.
