2021 trocken "Zwitscherli", Baden, Germany

Clear, tart and cool, somewhat herbal nose with bright yellow fruity notes, floral traces and hints of minerality. Polished, cool, fine juicy, bright fruit again, restrained almondy-nutty tones and a hint of nutmeg, very fine acidity, some grip, some persistence, elegant style, salty mineral tones in the background, good to very good finish. Very pleasing.
