Editor note: Translate to English Etwas gedeckte Nase mit hell-tabakigen und -erdigen Noten, verhalten gelben Früchten, floralen Nuancen, ein wenig Hefe und noch ganz leicht käsigen Anklängen. Tabakig-pflanzlich, hefig und auch wieder angedeutet käsig im Mund, zurückhaltende Frucht mit sehr präsenter Säure und ein wenig sandigem Gerbstoff, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, viel Biss, helle mineralische Noten, angedeutet Torf, sehr guter, wieder ziemlich säurereicher Abgang. Muss reifen.
