Editor note: Translate to English Fester und tiefer, bodenbetonter, herb-pflanzlicher, erdiger und sehr mineralischer Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, floralen Spuren und einem Hauch Wacholder. Sehr reife, konzentrierte, saftige und süßliche Frucht im Mund, viel getrocknet-pflanzliche Würze und auch gewürzige Aromen, ein Hauch Pfeffer, sehr feine Säure, leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, erdige Töne und intensive, herbe Mineralik, sehr fester Bau, dicht und komplex, noch reichlich unentwickelt, ziemlich tief, zupackend, langer, vielschichtiger Abgang. Wirkt im ersten Moment fast weich, wird aber mit Luft immer straffer und spannender. Muss zwingend reifen.
