2019 Wachau Ried Schön Grüner Veltliner Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Tart, firm, distinctly vegetal nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a touch of mustard seed, herbs and quite present minerality. Ripe, firm, juicy, rather bright fruit, yeasty, slightly nutty and herbal to aromas reminiscent of tarragon, very fine tannin and some grip, dense and persistent on the palate, clear minerality, floral nuances, much melting, fine spice, very good to long, somewhat warm finish
