Fairly deep nose, light herbaceous and floral notes, some yellow spice, yellow fruit, delicate touch of bacon, tart nutty and mineral notes. Ripe, firm, juicy and fairly sweet, partly candied fruit on the palate, vegetal and nutty aromas, hint of tobacco, elegant, lively acidity, tannins still very slightly astringent, good substance and persistence, floral traces, hint of dark berries, prominent mineral notes, very creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of bacon again, becomes more polished and vibrant with aeration, good depth, vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes on a very good, firm, juicy, noticeably sweet finish. Will mature over a long time.
