2014 Wachau Ried Kaiserberg Grüner Veltliner Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Firm, vegetal and clearly mineral bouquet of partly battered yellow fruits with herbaceous and flint notes and a hint of pepper. Rather firm also in the mouth, juicy dry fruit with vegetable spice and a little white pepper, light tobacco aromas on the palate, somewhat earthy and clearly stony-mineral, persistent on the palate, certain depth and a little melodiousness, but also a lot of grip and bite, still young, very good to long, fine juicy and plant-spicy, also clearly mineral finish with a lot of draught.
