Translate to English Fester, klarer und tiefer, aber noch verschlossener Zitrus-Steinobstduft mit hefigen und leicht kräuterigen Tönen sowie recht deutlicher Mineralik und Olivenöl im Hintergrund. Saftige und leicht süßliche, reife Frucht im Mund, feine, lebendige Säure, etwas Kandis am Gaumen, hefige und zart kräuterig-vegetabile Aromen, eine Spur Honig, nachhaltig, relativ viel Kraft, noch kaum entwickelt, im Hintergrund deutliche Mineralik, sehr guter, weicher, süßlich-saftiger Abgang mit Kräuternoten, Kandis, Tabak und Mineralik. Legt mit Luft über Tage zu.
