Translate to English Recht tiefer, kühler, vegetabiler und sehr mineralischer Duft mit Zitrus- und Apfelaromen, pfeffrigen und nussigen Spuren sowie ein wenig Unterholz. Kräftig, saftig und schmelzig im Mund, reife, glasklare, geschliffene Frucht mit pfeffriger und leicht nussiger Würze, noch sehr jung, feine, lebendige Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, im Hintergrund viel erdige Mineralik, gewürzige Nuancen, fester Bau, komplex, hat bei aller Macht Biss und Zug, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
