Firm and quite deep, hinted smoky and slightly nutty fragrance with calm yellow fruity aromas and a hint of mushrooms. Firmly woven, tangy, rather cool fruit, fine vegetal and nutty tones, polished acidity, some grip, distinct minerality, persistent on the palate, elegant style, good depth, excellent balance, tobacco nuances in the background, very good to long, tight, tangy and mineral finish with nutty tones, also a little nutmeg, pepper and aloe vera.

Editor note: Firm and deep, clearly herbal, still a little yeasty aroma with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, a hint of melon as well as mineral and peppery hints. Tart, juicy, restrained, yet noble fruit with dried vegetal to herbal aromas, nutty traces and clear minerality, grip of ripe tannin, very fine, yet taut acidity, lasting, good substance and some depth, tart nutty hints, some tobacco and nutmeg, quite clearly aloe vera, still undeveloped, very good, firm, mineral finish with lots of grip and ethereal nuances.
