2016 secco rosato "KISS", Switzerland

Somewhat dried-floral scent of more black than red berries with a hint of dates with iodine tones, a little Mediterranean herbs, hung meat and a little liquorice. Partly candied and dried, relatively sweet fruit, iodine notes, liquorice and again also dates, moderate perlage, good substance and persistence, a little coffee and dark chocolate in the background, very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2023+. What our ratings mean
