2014 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG "Campo di Marzo", Tuscany, Italy

Light ethereal spicy, cedary notes on the nose, some iodine, red and black berries, hint of tobacco, earthy and floral notes. Ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, herbaceous and floral notes, some iodine, light nutty notes, hint of cocoa and caramel in the background, tannins still very slightly astringent, noticeable alcohol, becomes more fresh mit aeration, gains more bite, very good finish.
