Somewhat developed, slightly smoky aroma with yellow fruity aromas, root vegetables, some dried herbs and a hint of egg white. Tart fruit with nutty, smoky and yellow-spicy aromas, some root vegetables on the palate, suitable acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, some persistence, smoky traces, good, tart, very slightly drying finish.
