Tart, slightly smoky aroma of black berries and a little sour cherry with dark tobacco hints, some dry herbs and moderate smoky woody notes. Ripe, tart dark fruit, present, fine sandy tannin and some acid bite, again smoky and dark woody tones on the palate, a hint of coffee, has power and some alcohol warmth, a little salt in the background, sooty traces, very good, tart, still very slightly drying finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
