Slightly cloudy amber. Firm, vegetal, and dried-floral scent with notes of partly dried yellow fruits, a bit of orange peel, almonds, hazelnuts, and a hint of tobacco. Taut, quite juicy, and almost fresh-tasting fruit with vibrant acidity, smoke, nuts, and a little yellow spice, again with dried-floral notes, yeast, and shell tones on the palate, grip of mellow tannin, in the background chalk and salt, good sustainability, very good, quite firm finish.
