Very dull straw to lemon yellow. Yeasty, slightly smoky, herbal, and also slightly floral-perfumed citrus scent with core fruit notes reminiscent of quinces and bright nutty tones. Cool, quite firm, herb-juicy fruit with nutty-yeasty and herbal aromas, a bit of smoke and floral hints, a little citrus peel on the palate, quite fine bubbles, noticeable grip of tannin and yeast, good sustainability, delicate melt, very good, herb-juicy and finely spicy finish.
