Cloudy ochre yellow. Emphatically yeasty citrus pome fruit nose with herbal and nutty aromas and some yellow spice. Clear, firm, tangy fruit, relatively fine, lively mousseux, yeasty and herbal aromas, also a little floral tones, lots of grip and lively acidity, fine yellow spice in the background, relatively complex, very good, tight, tangy and spicy finish.
