Golden yellow. Firm and deep, somewhat nutty, yeasty, tobacco and yellow-spicy aroma of partly mellow yellow fruits with a hint of dried flowers and wasabi. Ripe, firm, bone-dry fruit with a hint of coffee liqueur and caramel, lively acidity, lots of ripe tannin, dense and persistent, slight fermentation tones in the background, hints of green tobacco, distinct minerality, some depth, very good, tight finish with volatile tones.
