Cloudy golden yellow. Nutty, yeasty and floral, fresh fennel scent with cool yellow fruity aromas and hints of yellow spice. Firmly woven, cool, juicy fruit, fine spice, yeasty and fennel aromas, very fine, lively acidity, grip of friable tannin, persistent, very animating (at least if you like this very fine phenolic in white wine), a little lemon tea in the background, clear minerality, some depth, very good, juicy, finely spicy and somewhat grippy finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2024+. What our ratings mean
