Cloudy ochre-orange. Floral, spicy and yeasty nose of pome fruit and orange zest with light nutty hints. Lean, bright, tart fruit, distinctly yeasty, herbal to herbal and floral aromas, lively mousseux, good persistence, some grip, apple-like notes and again citrus zest on the palate, quite refreshing style, good to very good, juicy and slightly yellow-spicy finish, again with lots of grip and animating acidity.
